Eligibility of Membership
Regular membership in the FCSSAA is available only to Local Authorities which administer FCSS programs (FCSS Boards, and Municipal or Métis Settlement Councils).
Groups, organizations, government departments, corporations and individuals involved in preventive social programming, and support the objects of the FCSSAA are eligible to be Associate members.
Benefits of Membership
As a member of the FCSSAA you can stay informed on issues that impact FCSS and the voluntary not-for-profit sector through information sharing via our e-mail communication, the resources on the member section on the website, and FCSSAA staff.
You will have access to online professional development and training modules related specifically to preventative social services.
You will be able to attend our annual Power of Prevention conference at member rates and regular members will have the right to vote at the FCSSAA Annual General Meeting held in November.
Annual Membership Fees September 1 - August 31
Regular membership fees are based on the population served by your FCSS Program (from Alberta Municipal Affairs Official Population List), and the FCSSAA membership fee schedule.
Associate member annual fees are $137.
